About th e rol e: Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy evaluations and implement appropriate treatment strategies to optimise patient recovery and functional outcomes Enhance patient outcomes through effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams during ward activities, clinical meetings, specialist services and through comprehensive documentation practices Support ongoing professional growth through involvement in quality enhancement initiatives, reflective practice, skills development programs, workplace learning opportunities and research participation. About you: Demonstrate strong organisational skills and effective time management while providing clinical supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy students and support staff Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work successfully with diverse staff and function within multidisciplinary team structures Demonstrated clinical experience treating patients across rehabilitation and geriatric care environments A degree or equivalent which entitles registration as a physiotherapist with the physiotherapy board of Australia Please see the attached Role Description for additional information.
